Post-production techniques enhanced by AI
Audionamix is trusted by a wide range of content across the film, TV, and music industries, for tasks such as cleaning up audio files, or separating music and effects for content localization purposes.
Using AudioShake’s AI, Audionamix is able to make a strong start on these kinds of tasks, leaving their audio engineers to focus on the work that they are well-known for in the industry: tricky spectral editing tasks that can help in film restoration tasks, and in providing fine-tuned audio editing to respond to specific needs and concerns.
For example, for the 1936 film “Popeye The Sailor Meets Sinbad the Sailor,” AudioShake first separated the vocals for Audionamix. However, once the vocals were isolated, several new problems emerged–for example, one can hear the sound of a microphone being muffled by someone’s hand.
Using AudioShake allowed Audionamix’s team to leapfrog what previously would have been a painstaking human process, and let them instead focus on the detailed, highly skilled work that comes with editing this kind of audio.
